Courses
First step:
The 1 day CBT (Compulsory Basic Training)
It’s compulsory because you have to do it.
It’s basic because we can’t teach
you everything in one day.
It’s training, NOT a test with an instructor
not an examiner.
We provide everthing you need for the day.
All you have to bring is your UK license and a smile!
Next Steps:
Further training courses with
no practical test.
Build up your riding skills and gain confidence on the roads
with one of our specially tailored programmes - Your Route
to Work, Pillions are Possible, The School Run and Confident
Cruising.
Full licence
training
We offer 2–6 day intensive courses on a variety of bike
& scooter sizes to suit your needs. The practical test
completes the course.
NOTE: You will need to have passed a theory
test before you can take the practical test. Girls Angels™
offers practice tutorials at a time and place to suit you.
One day MBA –

North - the wrong side of 40
It took ages to get back on a bike. One thing and another
stopped her making time to pass CBT, the DLVA computer
based theory paper and the 'big' bike test - then she
saw a Girls Angels advert and took herself to task.
Under the expert tuition of Steve then Justin and Heidi
of Girls Angels she now can ride what she wants to,
when she wants to - safely. "Everyone serious about
getting on two wheels should book time with Girls Angels.
The instructors' expertise and patience makes the time
spent learning how to ride properly - both fun and memorable.
Even in difficult times - mastering the U turn or picking
up a bike outside of the test centre) - the instructors
remain confident and calm" says Kim.
Kate
Coole, age 27
Why a bike? "Not being a car driver, my girlfriend
and I made a pact that I would be mobile by the end
of the year". She rides a Fazer600 and living in
London it made sense to learn to ride rather than drive.
" I had taken my CBT over 2 days at another training
company, and the experience didn’t make me feel
very positive about riding. We saw the article in The
Evening Standard and decided to give Girls Angels a
go for my further training. I really liked the atmosphere
around the company, and the friendly people it employed".
Lisa
Thorne in her 20’s
"Why a bike? Dad was into bikes, so got into it
through the family. At 17/18yrs old it’s easier
to get started on a bike – I began with a moped,
then moved on to racing. When you want to do track days
you need a full licence – so came to Girls Angels
for CBT and test.
Girls Angels was good fun. All the instructors are friendly,
and it’s a well thought out plan -- all the kit
is there for you if you need it. When you’re enjoying
your day you don’t think about what you’re
doing, you get out and ride rather than think - which
wasn’t so easy with Justin’s bad jokes!"
